Follow me and I’ll show you how. Self-help is no help at all. Self-sacrifice is the way, my way, to finding yourself, your true self. What good would it do to get everything you want and lose you, the real you?”

The Father says, “My Children don’t limit themselves to what they’re capable of doing by themselves. Instead, they reach for things that will bring them into realms of discomfort because they know in the place of weakness I am the strength they will find. They know, there is nothing that I cannot do and nothing that I will not do for those that love me and sacrifice their own pleasures and comforts for me. You are my child! At times you limit yourself to things that come easy which limits your understanding of me. I want to take you higher and deeper to altitudes and depths where ‘dependency’ is the currency (meaning: the more you depended on me the more rich and wealthy you will be). Rich in the eyes of the world and wealthy in the things of the Spirit!
Listen and Pay Attention… My Son sacrificed a glorious life so you could live in Glory all of your life. My children; come to me…as you give yourself to me I will show you who you really are in me.”

OHeavenly Father, Forgive us!
Forgive us for seeking the pleasure of our own hearts.
Forgive me for allowing my thoughts to lead me instead allowing your mind to be formed in me. Thank you, Father, for opening my eyes to see your Glory all over us; to see the place in Christ where you have seated us and to see the atmosphere of Heaven that is all around us. We give you all of what we are and ask that you would reveal to us who we are and where we are in you. For in your word it says (where there is no vision the people perish). We need your vision so that we will perish no more.

Thank You for allowing me to see that what You want to do is bigger than me. When I am at the end of what I can do that is where You are. Thank You for providing the help, the ministry helpers, and the resources (knowing that you are the source) not just for me but for my brothers and sisters in this great community of faith. My faith rises. Our faith rises. I am encouraged today. I will (We will) go out and do great exploits for You and for The Kingdom.
