 “We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.”

A Word From Our Father

Our Father says, “Sons and Daughters, hear with your hearts, through my love, correction and instruction.  Be not overwhelmed at the circumstances, recognize the cloud of expectations, both yours and those of others that can slooooooooooooowwww you down…slow down your spirit, slow down your movement and slow down your experience in my love.  Breathe in Me by staying in My Word.  Walk with Me by believing my Word.  Succeed with Me by doing my Word.  Remember, ‘lazy’ has more than one meaning.  Yes, it can mean ‘disinclined or refusal of activity/exertion’ or in this case, ‘moving slowly when a faster pace is necessary’.  Don’t get caught in the middle of your thoughts or fears. Rest in my promises.  Have I failed you yet?  Exactly!  I won’t now either. 

Let’s Go Boldly To The Throne

Dad, Father of all Creation, Sovereign God, 

Thank you for loving me and lifting me today.  Forgive me for moving slowly because I held on to the weight that you clearly instructed me to cast upon you.  Thank you for reminding me that I belong to you and so do the circumstances. Thank you for allowing them so that I can turn quickly to you.  God, regulate my pace so that I am not approaching the things of you sluggishly.  Thank you for your patience with me and your unwavering love.  I rest in you right now and receive your guidance, your strength, your wisdom and your energy.  Yes, Lord!  I say ‘Yes’ to that understanding that you know the answers and you are willing to equip me with wisdom because your word says that you will and because I asked.  Lord, thank you.  Thank you for loving me.
